snack time

You have No idea how lucky I am.  My mother in law is the best cook ever! 
She brought me the Kong gook su for me to taste today.  Kong gook su is cold soybean noodle soup that is made with grounded soybean soup and cooked Japanese somen noodle.  It's a great dish for a hot summer day. 
Hmmm.  I think I will have one more serving.  I'm sure it's OK to have two servings of noodles before dinner time right? 
I guess We just have to have a late dinner tonight.
