Grannie Minnie's cream cheese cup


24 muffin cups
1 box vanilla wafer
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla extract
2 8oz cream cheese
3/4c sugar
1can strawberry pie filling

1. Preheat oven to 350'F.  Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups.
2. Place one vanilla wafer into each paper cup.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill each muffin cup with the mixture, almost to the top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with a teaspoonful of strawberry pie filling.
