ginger pumpkin bread



Look everyone!
I made some Ginger Pumpkin Bread yesterday.
It's very easy to make.  

This time I used 5 mini loaf pans instead of two big loaf pans. 
You don't have to change the recipe, just need to bake them at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.  
After they are completely cooled.  
I pop them in a zipper bag and put them in the freezer.  
It lasts a few weeks in my house.

I just take one loaf out and leave it in the refrigerator 'till I need it.  
You can eat them cold or heat them up too.  Anyway you like!  
I might put some walnuts in them next time, it might be a good addition.
