Yesterday, I was making coleslaw for dinner. I got a big cabbage from my neighborhood farmer’s market. I needed a big bowl to mix in. I was looking thru my cabinet and I got out my big blue bowl. Then I remembered. It was my son’s first bathing bowl. He was pretty small so it worked perfectly for him. Of course now 12 years later he is taller than I am! Actually my mother-in-law had this Pyrex bowl before I did. I think it dates back to the early 60’s since I think she used it for my husband’s first bath time too :-) Do you have this type of bowl too? I hope I can collect the whole set someday.
